Returns whether a block has its own anchor. Setting transform/anchor/x or transform/anchor/y, even to 0, or giving one of them keyframes, gives a block an anchor. A rotation keyframe track turns a block with an anchor around the anchor, and a block without one around its frame center, as setRotation does. Experimental: this API may change in a minor release.
